My Story

I love meeting new people and helping them tell their stories through words and images. I have had the privilege to shoot many events and people in a variety of situations. My background in Art and Photography go way back, and thankfully, I have had the good fortune of gaining experience in a variety of work environments.

My experience

After earning my BFA and MA from The Ohio State University, I worked as a graphic designer in a national Advertising agency and as an Art director for a metropolitan magazine. Later, I came to love working with children and teens in Ohio's public schools, teaching Art K-12. In 2015, I moved to Tampa Bay and began working as a freelance photographer and journalist for the news industry, producing over 200 published articles to date.
